About Me
Look, I could tell you about how I love camping & swimming & hanging out with my family. Or I could go on about how I started this photography journey & what it's taught me. But honestly, that wouldn't tell you much about who I am.
My truth is that I love nature, history, the human mind & all other complicated things. I have this annoying, yet ever expanding passion for learning; yet I don't ever feel like I really know anything about anything.
We live in this vast world where the possibilities for what kind of life to live are endless. We simply do not have time to experience them all - which is why I love to listen to the journey’s others have been on. And I look forward to getting to tell a part of your story as well.
My Brand
When I first started out in this industry I had no clue what set me apart from the rest. And there are times today where I am still unsure. My work is always changing & evolving.
The only thing I can truly say for sure is that while my approach may change, my philosophy stays the same:
I want every couple I photograph to look at their pictures on their worst days, during their worst fights, & be reminded of why they came together in the first place. I want every man & woman to look at their portraits when they feel the most ugly, & see how breathtaking they really are. I want every mother, father, & child to come to their photos on the days where it feels like everything is falling apart & see the beauty in their togetherness.
In a world that can often feel gray or dull, I want to give you color and light.
